Yep...they are. Interesting article though. IMO Loose Bedspring should be at the top.
The author gives Zappa a bit too much credit and then does exactly what he complains about Zappa doing (I'm a big fan and he never called it R&R).

Garcia could play it all and did. Listen to his banjo playing on Old and in the Way! Yes, the drugs did him in and all of that, but he was a pioneer and a true musician that worked non-stop and could play it all. Maybe the rest of the GD were douchebags but Jerry (and Billy) were cool!
