God help up please!Not another OJ Simpson debacle where 90 per-cent of the Jurors are Democrats!So how is a Grand Jury chosen in Missouri?Who makes the final decision?Will the lawyers on both sides have any say?Or will the selection be decided by liberals?They will throw all the evidence of the case at the Jury showing that Michael Brown tried to beat the cop to a pulp and they will just thumb their noses at it if it's an all liberal jury.Here we go again,If The Glove Doesn't Fit,We Must Acquit,but in this case,If The Officer In Question Was White,We Must Throw Him In Jail!
It should already be empaneled but may not be that way in the Don’t Show Me The Evidence state.

The Grand Jury was seated last May. It has three blacks. I don’t know how many members but quite a few.

But there's one thing you can be sure of. If the cop is acquitted locally, he'll be tried in federal court for violating Brown's civil rights - for stopping him in the first place.
That would be a bogus charge, but Holder will see that it sticks. This cop is going to jail, one way or the other.

The policeman’s team of lawyers already have plenty of grounds, given the governor’s very public statements of the need for prosecution, for asking and receiving a change of venue for the trial, if it comes, to someplace far removed from Missouri.....

well i hope they have some good pics of the cops face to show the grand jury.what are they gonna do? think about it for the next four months.well,that didn’t work in the OJ case,they saw the wife with her throat cut open,and sent OJ walking.
The jurors were chosen about a month ago, I believe.
They are using the panel that was already in place.
The currently seated grand jury consists of 12 people...

I was required to testify before a Federal Grand Jury in Fort Worth TX. I was questioned by the Federal Prosecutor and three of his assistants for about an hour.
The Grand Jury numbered about 30 people. Many were sleeping, reading books, working crosswords, etc. They were paid well for every day, plus mileage for their travel. ...Only about a half dozen were paying attention to the questions and responses.
After all testimonies are finished, the Prosecutor then makes sure everyone is awake and presents his/her view as to why the indictment must be approved. The Defense has no input, so that’s why a half-assed Prosecutor can get the indictment. ....The majority of jurors never hear the proceedings and just go along with the closing argument.
I hope that MO only having 12 in the GJ will mean that the people actually pay more attention to the proceedings.

He will almost definitely be indicted.
That puts off the final “purge” until the trial jury acquits him late next year.
Gives them time to board up the storefronts and get the cop’s family resettled.
