i lived on St.Croix USVI where the white population was ~15% and i'll put it this way

in small town America if a minority moves in, so long as they come in peace 85% of the town won't care, 10% may say something, 5% might actually do something

now step through the looking glass, on STX 80-85% want to rape rob and kill you, 10% may call the cops/ambulance, many times after the fact, and 5% might actually be proactive/help you if you are in trouble/being rapped robbed and killed

Can of worms. The book "The Bell Curve" by by Richard Herrnstein and Charles Murray is seriously politically incorrect, and so various leftist "scientists" have tried to "correct" it. Who knows, maybe some of their claims are true.

FWIW I tend to believe Charles Murray and to distrust everyone else.
