I’m guessing it was his press secretary, Josh.
In picture #46 the First Heavy Lady has a big ole gut on her as she rides the bike with her typically bored eldest daughter and her husband, who has had picture taken of himself playing golf every day save one.
I found this comment on the number of vacay days Obama spent compared to other recent presidents. Anyone know if this is true:
“It’s funny when people argue about something as easy to determine as presidents’ vacation days. You count up the days. Here is what one reporter found when comparing Reagan, Clinton, Bush (the younger) and Obama over the first 31 months of each presidency:
1. GW Bush took 180 days
2. Reagan took 112 days
3. Obama took 61 days
4. Clinton took 28 days
Personally, I’m a lot more interested in a president’s policies and vision for our country than I am in their time spent vacationing. However, these numbers make the complaints about Obama’s vacation look pretty partisan.
If you believe everything you read, yeah, I guess you’re right.

The readers of the Washington Post readers really think that BO deserves his rest. There is no mention of him splurging on the taxpayers dime or that he fiddles while Rome burns.
They mentioned how Chaney wasted the secret service detail by going once to the grocery store for pecan sandies. But never how MO goes on vacations with just the girls to exotic Africa and South America.
They also don’t see the irony in being in Martha’s Vineyard, one even said most of the residents income was an average of $40,000 a year, implying he was not with the elite.
I’m too lazy to look up the numbers myself. I just wanted to see if anyone here at access to the right number of days.
None of them seemed to mind that he was freeloading on others, and unlike other presidents went to their own homes and did a little yardwork, the Obamas like lounging around in other multi-million dollar estates.
You would think that the Washington Post readers would be winking and nodding instead of defending that the Obamas didn’t walk their own dog off the plane.
Truthfully, I don’t care how many vacations this idiot takes.
It would suit me just fine if he stayed on permanent vacation until 2016. Whatever the cost of the vacations to the taxpayers, it is still cheaper than him being an active president.

I understand that GWB did not play a round of golf after 9/11. I do love it that he kept mountain biking, and always invited the military (esp wounded warriors) to join him.
