Just listened to Rose on WPGB - public service announcement about Franklin Graham coming to Pittsburgh. Is that unusual?

There HAVE been a lot of rumors that Jim is out to pasture. However the announcement on warroom a while back seemed to nix that. Plus a RELAIABLE source has said...actually several sources...that Jim told them he would be on WJAS.
That was around the time the deal was going down to sell WJAS.
Of course the deal could have come apart or Jim might have decided to stay home. Then again why the announcement onwarroom?
I would think that Jim would stop tweeting & take down warroom website if he was truly retired.
I hope you’re wrong, but I guess it’s a possibility that Quinn might retire permanently.
Rose is still relatively young, so I see her doing MC gigs and community stuff regardless.
Could CC be leasing time from Iorio and moving their talk lineup to 1320?

They probably won’t say anything about Q&R since it weems nothing about them has been leaked.

Watching my dad since he retired has kind of deterred me from wanting to retire. How can he stand it? I’d go stark raving nuts!
One of the things he did like to do to pass his time was listen to the geezer music on WJAS. He must be a very unhappy camper right about now.

Well that was disappointing. Typical radio. No new info on WJAS. Looks like Bloomy will be mornings at least for a awhile.

Looks like the Q&R fans are going to have to start a grass roots campaign. Wait and see though. A LOT will be happening over the next few weeks. Maybe even another station change....
