Hey!

If overturning a decision from The Supremes is so easy, maybe we can look into that little Roe v. Wade thing.

Here in California, the Rich Democrats control everything. There is no place for moral conservatives who are responsible. We are a dying breed in California

"... asking them if Congress should amend the U.S. Constitution ..."

I hope that the ballot question is not being worded that way. Although Congress can propose an amendment to the Constitution, only the states can ratify proposed amendments.

The movie was seen as “electioneering communication” by the Federal Election Commission which has limits on the production of political ads.

That darn First Amendment getting in the way of Leftists consolidating power!!!!/s

Be very careful how this entry is worded on the ballot. The dems like to twist the language so that it appears to say the opposite of what you think it says. It catches a lot of people off guard.

If anybody gets a copy of the ballot measure before the election, be sure it gets around so that people can know exactly what they’re voting for.

Just another way to increase voter turnout and place the dwindling number of Reps in the cross-hairs.

Any ballot question in Kalifornia will be overturned by one liberal judge.

That’s how it works in a foreign country like that.

Can anyone translate this thread into an English version that can actually be understood by normal people without reference to legal psychobabble?

Most of the low information types won’t have a clue what this is about and will just check the box that is closest to them.
