FULL TITLE: Art teacher, 45, who engaged in sexually explicit conversations with 17 male students as young as 12 is sentenced to 15 years jail
A high school teacher who engaged in sexually explicit conversations with male students, including asking them for semen-stained tissues to make art projects, has been sentenced to 15 years jail.
Charles Reilly admitted he also instructed the 17 boys, aged 12 to 16, at New Jersey's Pine Hill Middle School how to masturbate over a five year period.
Authorities said the 45-year-old soccer coach, who'd worked at the school for more than a decade, also had an inappropriate online conversation with an undercover cop who he thought was a young boy.

The Sandusky County highway patrol trooper said he wanted to show the boy other outlets for sex drive than having sex.
A highway patrol trooper in Sandusky County, Ohio, will not face charges after allegations surfaced that he and a pre-teen boy masturbated together five years ago.
Trooper Ricky Vitte Jr. told his wife “he did not want (the boy) to feel pressured on feeling the need to have to have sex with someone, when he can fix those needs by masturbating to porn,” according to a police report.
The report says that on two separate occasions Vitte and the boy watched porn and masturbated in unison, with a dresser between them blocking their views of one another, the Sandusky Register reports.
According to the local newspaper, a Sandusky prosecutor declined to seek an indictment “because Vitte might have presented a defense that justified his alleged actions.”
The Sandusky Register reports that Vitte was charged with domestic violence years ago, after spanking his then-girlfriend’s 5-year-old son so hard the boy’s buttocks were left bruised and bleeding.
Definitely requires punishment and she should never again be allowed near young people but I think 15 years is a bit much for someone who was, essentially, making lewd suggestions but not actually seducing them.
