Why don’t you post something intelligent, instead of the lunatic rant you just posted.

Just demonstrating your mindset with slightly more vivid colors.

If he broke up a fight that means he was doing the job of the cops.

He probably did break up a fight, but we don't know when the police observed him selling cigarettes. He had a record of 30 arrests.

Died from being in a chokehold... so it comes down to being strangled by cops.

We don't know what he died from because an autopsy hasn't been performed yet. He could have been asphyxiated or he could have had sudden cardiac arrest. A black man his size has a high chance of having an enlarged heart which would put him at risk for sudden death.

So basically he was killed for taxes,

It's against the law to sell untaxed cigarettes everywhere except Indian reservations as far as I know. In addition to that he was resisting arrest.

It seems to me like this is a case of the cops arresting a man on the charge of resisting arrest, if you know what I mean.

It would be nice if the media reported whether the police had an arrest warrant.

“Just demonstrating your mindset with slightly more vivid colors.”

You’ve written nothing that accurately characterizes my mindset on this subject. In fact, you have deliberately mis-characterized my mindset. It’s part of your well known inclination to seek attention, to be a forum celebrity. In this case you have done it be using the literary equivalent of a monkey throwing its own feces.

In addition to that he was resisting arrest.

True, but an arrest for what? Because he was selling cigarettes at the time, or because he had in the past sold cigarettes?

The article claims that no cigarettes were found on him. If that's true, then there was no reason to bother him.

I made the mistake of posting on this forum again. Silly me. It’s been very well demonstrated that I am not welcome.

I’m out.

“You really think that everything a cop does is automatically okay simply because he has a badge?”

What a stupid statement. Can you spell non-sequitur?

“Sorry, but an unlawful arrest is an unlawful arrest...”

And where does one correctly contest an unlawful arrest? I’d guess the vast majority of arrestees don’t want to be arrested. Should all disputed arrests be settled out on the street?

Funny, tell me again how this is perfectly okay.
Simply because the offender is a cop.

Funny, show me again where I said it was perfectly okay?
Is it your reading skills, or your comprehension skills?
