Hamdan: With every full moon comes a new beginning and with every new beginning comes opportunities
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, shared these pictures and video on his Instagram account of him atop the worlds tallest building - Burj Khalifa with the Super Moon in the backgrounD.
Along with the picture, Sheikh Hamdan wrote: With every full moon comes a new beginning and with every new beginning comes opportunities! A big thank you to all my followers.
Sheikh Hamdan also posted this video: Super moon, super city for my super followers!
Social networking sites were abuzz with admiration for the beautiful pictures.
The pictures have been re-posted several times since.

For one who has seen that building firsthand, I can testify that it took a great deal of fortitude to stand on top of the Burj Khalifa. That is an awesome photo.

The lunar perigee occurs within an hour of Full phase. Unfortunately, the timing doesn't bode well RE the annual Perseid meteor shower in early August ...
