School boards don’t need to ‘fight’ regulations. All they need do is stop taking their thirty pieces of silver from the FEDs.
What the schools are trying to do is to placate the students, the parents, and the Feds (even if they are balking at the ‘regulations’). If they didn’t take the damn money in the first place, the Feds wouldn’t be in the schools to start with.

My kids used to like their school's food. Now, my son comes home hungry and my daughter is glad she graduated and no longer has to see that crap... I mean food.
