My dad drank too much. So growing up with that I never had the desire to drink. Never did and I’m 42.
Obviously I’m no help at all.
I never drank much because it always gave me such a headache. I don't mean a hangover the next day, I mean a screaming migraine almost immediately. When my head seized up after taking one sip of wine I decided it was time to never even try again. That was 40 years ago. Oh BTW beer causes my throat to close up. Do you think I am allergic? LOL!
I always thought if there was a pill that an alcoholic could take that would cause this reaction that it would be great for those who wanted to quit.
