You read it wrong.
The Dinars they stole equal out to 450 million dollars.
And on top of that.. they actually stole much much more than that. I’ve read in the billions with a B.
That was not my quote. Being invested in Dinar (unfortunately), I know quite well the value of USD vs Iraqi Dinar.
