Yes, but there is no vet within 3 hours of me, and that would be by bus. I do not know why they can not make birth control pills for cats and dogs. I just finished giving away 4 puppies, with one to go.

You live in paradise. Con a vet into spending a weekend enjoying the ambiance. Make them fix the critters in exchange. Fix the neighbor's critters pro bono, kind of a 'Vets sans fronteirs' or whatever.
Cheaper and easier than doing it the other way.

PRICELESS....Fortunately, none of my cats are computer literate, even though they have access to 2 laptops.
They have a catty door to come and go from our small cottage, but we do lock them out before bedtime.
