How long would either of those lines be?

Line 1. For the corrupt lawmakers. Line 2. Those who would volunteer to do the shooting.

I'm sure Line 2 would stretch to the moon and back.

I do have plenty of rope... and there is a lamp-post on the corner of my property. Just sayin'.

I’ll provide the rope and gladly open the trap door.

What kind of nut cases do they grow in CA? The guys on the Right should understand that, just like “benevolent” Bush’s socialism set the table for not so benevolent Obama, so this kind of semi-well-meaning nonsense sets the table for Communist-style mass murder of its own citizens.

This is probably the third time I posted this remark...But this would probably be the most appropriate time, considering the related story...

Leland Yee should be SHOT by a firing squad using the very weapons he smuggled into this country.

Just cutting taxes 1% from a fixed baseline per perp should clear the problem up in a couple of years.

Yee should be made to walk the Mexican border with a target on his back. Those who live by selling guns to Mexican drug lords should die by those guns.

The poll numbers look pretty good for a state capitol news outlet. Probably in the Central Valley areas devastated by the politician-caused drought, the "Yes" votes might run toward the higher 90's percent.

Yes, a strong message needs to be sent 58.05% (5,279 votes)

Yes, but only in the most egregious cases 21.86% (1,988 votes)

No, public floggings are much more fun 9.97% (907 votes)

No, this is a crazy idea to grab attention 8.84% (804 votes)

Maybe, I'm feeling indecisive today and probably shouldn't determine the fate of others. 1.28% (116 votes)

Total Votes: 9,094

Wyman should scream as loud as he can for as long as he can about Harris, who is by FAR the most corrupt, ideologically bent, CRIMINALLY MALFEASANT AG in California history.

This is the woman who refused to press charges against Mommy who threw her 3 sons into the Bay off the Embarcadero when she was the SF DA.

Harris thinks Murder is a Misdemeanor...as long as the perp is non-white.

Wow, the death penalty.

That would create a whole bunch of open seats.

As wonderful as this would be it isn’t really going to resonate with voters. Even though we just had the Leland Yee corruption, would anyone trust the corrupt government with death penalty ability?

It is way past time that we stop permitting the insane to run for Office.

This man is a buffoon and a fool. Oh sure, people get excited in some sort of “let’s string em all up” way, but this is nuts as is he. And if we keep running these types, well . . . one Party Dim rule for all of us.

Why in the world should the corruptors have the right to choose anything?

Public hangings, after the first bunch, would lose public interest, due to the anamolies of the human body, as it goes through the hanging process. Look at some of the Old West hanging records.

The semi-automated firing squad arrangement usually is not public, so no closure, there.

Since the corruptors squeezed the system for every dollar that they could use to influence the system, put them in a cage with a hungry anaconda or reticulated python. They can still hear any insult thrown to them, until they have no breath left, just like the Americans in the state that were squeezed out of their money.

Lethal injection is done in private. No Closure.

Suggestion: If they’re going to institute the death penalty, they need to streamline the process and do away with the 30 years’ worth of appeals. Right now, those on death row tend to die of illness or old age rather than the needle.

I have always thought elected officials and government officials should have a doubling or tripling of sentences of normal people for crimes committed. These people are entrusted with a great responsibility. With greater responsibility comes greater consequences.
