Exactly the point I was making yesterday..was in Israel last year for my sisters wedding, saw soldiers walking around on the street, both male and female, ALL ARMED..it was no big deal, no one made a fuss, but here in America, we have become wussified, “OMG A GUN A GUN” please, in Israel its the norm, saw about four Israeli soldiers in the bathroom when I went to the Wall just standing around, talking, with their guns hanging off their shoulders, it was no big deal, they would NEVER be told to hide or run, they would be told to FIGHT

And that does not include all the Israeli citizens who walk around every day with their version of Concealed Carry Permits and their own personal weapons.

It's the same in Italy, especially at train stations and airports -- they don't wuss around.
