We ditched the cable a number of years ago so we also waved buh-bye to the flaky Food Network.

The cultural and political/envirowacko propaganda became unbearable.

Funny to think of the classic Far Side “cat fud” cartoon, exchanging the cat for Rachael Ray. “Oh please oh please!”

When we first moved to Charlotte, we were living in an apartment that had cable. When our house was ready, I just didn’t want to deal with it. We went a lot of years with DVDs and PBS (if the wind was right) before we got Netflix. It’s awful having to see commercials when we go on vacation!

I loved the Food Network when Tom was a baby, 1996. That was when “Emeril Live” premiered!
