Mmm ... beer. Is there anything it can’t do?

A friend runs a gluten-free restaurant & is legendary for his tri-tip & ribs. He marinates in apple juice, and just a few minutes before removing from the grill, brushes on a light coating of honey. Delicious! Doesn’t even need salt & pepper, & it’s always tender.

I favor a hard apple cider marinade for beef and pork.

24 hours, throw it on the smoker and add some to the sauce

DEEEEE lish :)

I make my own hard cider

With all these studies it would seem the only way to avoid cancer from eating food is to starve to death. I think I’ll stick to food.

Or drink more beer....Skoal!
