Man Accidentally Kills Self With Gun During Demonstration.....

There was nothing "accidental" about it. He put the gun to his head and pulled the trigger. How is that an accident?

It wasn't the gun's fault it/he was loaded.

Yeah, I'd say that takes it out of the realm of mischance. Although I've had days when pretty much anything I actually hit was accidental... :-(
