Riots? .obama wants to send a message to Congress. DON’T DARE IMPEACH ME or I will start riots across the country.

He could try. I don't think there is a whole lot of sympathy for people who burn down their own neighborhoods. If they want to go back to the devastation of say, 1968, then so be it. Detroit has shown the way; society can just bulldoze the ruins and open up farmland.
