What the cops did was far beyond reason and I don’t think they have that kind of power.
Cops and Police Depts. do not have immunity like judges and prosecutors....so they will be sued and lose big time...the Silver City hospital will pay even more
Also...seems like this man was an Anglo...and the Deming Chief and PD are Hispanic...I suspect that there was some La Raza/Mestizo/Hispanic Racism involved here
