Screw that. If the cops took me to some hospital for an anal cavity search or colonoscopy, I would just immediately begin faking some extreme distress, panic attack, trouble breathing, etc. The hospital is legally bound to deal with that emergency first before they can even begin to comply with the police.
By that time, I would be long gone from the hospital as soon as I was left in the emergency room unattended.
Then you’d be evading arrest, and because it started as a traffic stop they have your name and address, and now they have probable cause to search your home, which of course will be a no knock raid kicking your door in, and they’re still gonna give you the colonoscopy only after they’ve tackled and probably peppersprayed you, assuming they don’t just shoot you during the raid.
The cops would laugh at the way the automatic doors kept bumping your bullet-riddled corpse in the hospital threshold.
And then they’d have a legit violation to hang you on, so they could haul you back in and enjoy tormenting you at leisure.
You don’t seriously think if they were willing to go this far, that they would just look at each other and shrug if the person were to abscond, do you?
