Then you’d be evading arrest, and because it started as a traffic stop they have your name and address, and now they have probable cause to search your home, which of course will be a no knock raid kicking your door in, and they’re still gonna give you the colonoscopy only after they’ve tackled and probably peppersprayed you, assuming they don’t just shoot you during the raid.

Meh, I don’t live in a jurisdiction where this is done, and if it happened, I wouldn’t be living there any more. Good luck with the cops getting cops in another jurisdiction to do their dirty work for them to get a forced colonoscopy on me. I wouldn’t be too worried.
