I saw yesterday, that Switzerland qualified for the WC. I thought, wow that’s pretty good of them...until I saw who they had in their group:
Iceland
Slovenia
Norway
Albania
Cyprus
Are you freaking kidding me? Who did the Swiss bribe to get into that group?
The group looks easy but on the other hand, Iceland might get into the playoffs, they’ve tried for a long time. We only drew Slovenia in 2010 though those games had officiating against us, USA. Albania could end up getting Januzaj, Norway has been to World Cups but on paper, yes, that looks a bit weak indeed.
August 14th, 2013, Swiss defeated Brazil in a friendly. I don’t care if it was a friendly, Switzerland should never defeat Brazil. 1-0
