The original Obamacare legislation included ten years of appropriations (like post dated checks) so this money flows more or less automatically unless both a law cancelling that is enacted.

I agree. Obamacare is poised to be possibly the worst disaster the Democrat Party has ever levied upon America. It is a massive transfer of wealth from the middle class to the poor, the rural and suburbs to the urban and the young to the old. And now that healthcare.gov is (barely) up and running, Americans are learning firsthand what a disaster this piece of legislation truly is! This is precisely why I adamantly oppose any effort to postpone it.
The ACA, I believe, is going to doom the Democrats causing them to lose the gains they've made with suburban, middle-class voters and quite possibly costing them the youth vote as well. Republicans will be able to stand aside and truthfully remind America that this is why not a single one of them voted for it.
