Google’s Image search has drawn a blank and the several dozen articles posted on this human sludge and his bad behavior contain no info on his race as far as Ive been able to determine.

I dunno for sure but in one of the photos the driver's arm looks white.

Whoever he turns out to be I hope he fries.

There is surveillance video that clearly shows him when he gets out of his car before the incident. The guy is white.
