Demonstrating again the liberal view of the world. Their agenda is what is and all else is not permitted. Guns are not permitted in liberal land. Taking a position opposite of that is crazy, illegal, and anything is justified in forwarding that agenda including ignoring the actual law. See, when the actual law contrasts with liberal agenda, it just isn’t law. So we will send Mr. Zimmerman to jail not for violating the actual law but violating the liberal agenda. Taken in that context, Nancy’s psychosis is perfectly understandable.

In Nancy’s world concealed carry permits should not be legal so as far as she’s concerned if you carry one you are out of line. The typical hysterical progressive.

Nancy Grace is not a journalist – she’s a failed lawyer. However, she doesn’t research before she runs her big mouth. The Keltec (I am no fan of them) that Zimmerman was using has NO external safety. The Glock doesn’t either – it has the nub on the trigger that has to be depressed in order for it to fire. The best – and only truly effective “safety ” - in the one between a shooter’s ears. Period. The Glock works. For me, a 1911 carried cocked and locked works FAR better. A double action revolver with single action capability (contrary to Ayoob’s lawyer-proofing doctrine) works better than the Glock for me as well. I do not believe that a safety is a “good thing” on a defensive sidearm – my Ruger P89DC is the decocker model – the lever serves ONLY to decock the hammer. It, as well as my other autos – are carried with one in the chamber, ready to go.
