I am not sure that there is a drug problem.
This woman had something physically wrong with her when she disappeared.
No eyebrows or eyelashes.
No telling what all ails her.
Ive seen some pretty effed up stuff from people over the years, including abandonment.

Very often mental illness is accompanied by "self medicating". I teach NAMI
Family-to-Family, a 12-week education course for families with koved ones suffering from mental illness. I hear these kinds of sad stories all to often.

I wonder that too. There have been other cases like this too. The woman just wondered off and it was due to some mental illness. Judging by the way she lived she was not quite right in the head.
