OK. Yes, there are real nuts (pun intended) out there on the food allergy issue. I agree with that. Some parents play it up to get attention, no doubt, to everyone’s detriment. However, as a parent of a child with a severe peanut allergy, I can assure you that it is real and that its frightening, so please no comments about “natural selection” or “we all had allergies when we were kids and we turned out OK” ... Those comments just show your ignorance.
