He is saying that Hitler was visiting the wrath of G-d on the Jews by trying to annihilate them as was warned if they violated the Torah. But if he believes that the Torah is Divine, he must also believe in the divinity of the passages that speak of G-d’s eventual forgiveness and the ingathering of the exiles.
In brief, Hitler was at most unconsciously carrying out a prophesy, not obeying a Divine command, and Idris and his fellow Islamofascists are opposing that same prophesy when they call for the destruction of Israel, and in the end will suffer the same fate as Hitler.
IOW, what he’s saying is, anyone and everyone is justified when annihilating Jews.
