PT twice? That is intense. I get to hear the anthem from the Naval base down the road on weekends. On weekdays I am already off to work,
Morning is stretch and groan kind of stuff, after lunch is road PT (no running, walk or bike, only 3 miles).
I'm not a spring chicken, and I've got parts missing.
