Chick-fil-A boycott? You’re doing it wrong: Reports, photos show it is a total fail

Even as Chicago, Boston and now other cities are trying to shut out Chick-fil-A for not toeing a leftist line, citizens are supporting free speech and opposing tolerance tyrants.

(Lots of pictures and tweets showing the boycott failed at the site.)

That's the thing. They are so natural. Of course, now they are multimillionaires, but it is normal to find them inside a Chick-fil-A, and people of all ages relate to them.

Remember the staged photo of Tereza Heinz, her beau JohnFnKerry, and the two Edwards in a Wendy or Hardee (?) restaurant? All four of them looked ill-at-ease, TeRAYza esp didn't know what kind of food the menu offered.

Chick-Fil-A is perhaps the least known fast food joint. I’ve never been to one let alone think of going there. That’s soon to change as I am doing what many people who’ve never been to one are doing. EATING AT CHICK-FIL-A. I’m anxious to see a news report where Chick-Fil-A says their sales are through the roof.. All time high! Watch.

I've seen tons of folks say the same thing since this started, including myself. Come Wednesday, that changes. I think you're spot on target concerning sales.

On top of that, if the quality is as good as all the posters say, and I don't doubt them, this will not be a one time uptick for C-F-A but a permanent surge in business.

Faggies don’t like their homofascistic views being challenged by us “breeders” and things could get ugly next Wednesday at Chick Fil-A Appreciation Day.

Lots of digital cameras recording what flamboyant faggies do during public demonstrations, what unblinking eyes have seen going viral, will serve to demolish the desired gay image of faux normality. This time the MSM won’t be able to cut, paste, flake, form and sanitize their coverage. Too much technology in too many hands, kind of like guns.

Vids are now popping up on youtube. One shows a homo flash mob invading a Chick Fil-A, doing a really cheesy chorus line and look-at-us-we’re-gay song & dance, then exiting without buying anything. And that was a year ago.

Homosexual kiss-ins at the outdoor CF-A tables are a likely tactic but expect the police to give them the bum’s-rush, as there are usually children present.

When someone lisps, “I’ll have a burger without the hate!” then you know the ruckus is about to begin.

August 1st will end in either victory or defeat for the not-so-tolerant `Lavender People’. Pray that it’s the latter, because this is the culture war in full roar.

As far as I know, that chain is closed on Sundays so the employees can go to church if they wish.

They are open 6 days a week, tho.

Well they don't sell burgers or beef of any kind and their employees are the nicest people you will ever meet. I've often asked them if they really enjoy working there as much as they seem to convey and invariably they answer that they do. The ugly contrast of hate filled homofascists against the beautiful kind and happy faces of the Chick-fil-A employees and their regular loyal customers will be a teaching moment for the American people.

Frankly I think the homofascists are going to "Chicken" Out. They are going to be outnumbered 100 to 1. It's going to be hard to find a protester in the crowd.

Onward Christian Soldiers!

Looking under rocks, in lonely caves, and in marshes and bogs for any sign of an Ann Coulter article on "Chick-fil-A".

Yes, they are natural and very real. I have far more in common with her than I do with any other person involved politics. She could walk away from all of this tomorrow and I would still like her as a person. That does not mean that I agree with her on everything, it means I like her.

“Well, they don’t sell burgers or beef of any kind and their employees are the nicest people you will ever meet.”

Heh, heh, all true, except that “I’ll have a burger without the hate!” was the opening salvo of a gay protester at a Chick Fil-A, as seen on a youtube vid.

“Truth is always stranger than fiction.”

The left’s ‘Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rapidly promoted by mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of fecal waste by it’s clean end.

My husband has never been to a CFA and it’s been a long time for me, but we went to the one in Katy (TX) today. You are right; the employees are so pleasant and serves you with a smile in spite of a very busy day. We were impressed.

The cashier even thanked us for our support! (We told her why we came.)

Both drive through lanes were full and vehicles were coming continuously and the parking lots were full, but the wait was not long. We will go back again soon!

Given his stance on Chick-fil-A, would Mayor Tom Menino grant permits to a group that has counted among its leaders a man who has repeatedly called homosexuality a “crime that must be punished” by death?

Actually, he has done that  . . . and more! Menino effectively gave away city land valued at $1.8 million to the organization, and he gave a speech at its ribbon-cutting ceremony.

It’s the Islamic Society of Boston’s mosque, and when it comes to anti-gay sentiment, one of its early supporters makes Chick-fil-A look like the Provincetown Men’s Chorus.

During the (understandable) controversy over the city selling land for a house of worship at a below-market rate a decade ago, reporters discovered that the Islamic Society of Boston counted imam Yusef al-Qaradawi as one of its spiritual guides. As the Weekly Standard reported at the time:

“The ISB does not dispute the fact that they have repeatedly used al-Qaradawi as a tool to raise funds for the Boston mosque, printing a brochure that highlighted al-Qaradawi’s enthusiastic support of the mosque and playing a videotaped message of support from him at a 2002 gathering.”

Also in attendance at the gathering, listening to al-Qaradawi’s message: Mayor Tom Menino.

Outside Boston, al-Qaradawi is better known as a vocal supporter of terrorism who teaches a hard-core version of Islam. His claim to fame as a “progressive” is that he was the first prominent imam to urge women to become suicide bombers, too.

It was only when his terror support became known that the Islamic Society of Boston announced that epeated listings of al-Qaradawi as an ISB trustee had been a mistake. But nobody’s accusing Chick-fil-A of supporting terrorism — just traditional marriage (I think liberals still see the former as more dangerous). Menino heard the president of the company call same-sex marriage a “sin,” and he announced it would not be allowed to do business in Boston.

OK, Mr. Mayor. But when you gave all that land to the ISB at a song, here’s what imam al-Qaradawi was teaching:

“[A homosexual should be given] the same punishment as any sexual pervert  . . . Some say we should throw them from a high place, like God did with the people of Sodom. Some say we should burn them.”

According to the Anti-Defamation League, “In 2003 Qaradawi stated on IslamOnline that the punishment of homosexuality is the death penalty.”

In the end, says the anti-Islamist organization MEMRI, al-Qaradawi came down on the side of stoning.

Hey — say what you want about Chick-fil-A, but they aren’t trying to kill anyone. Other than, perhaps, via hardening of the arteries.

Chick-fil-A wants to come to Boston, pay taxes and put people to work. Menino says “no” because the CEO thinks same-sex marriage is wrong.

But that same mayor was all but giving away city land to the Islamic Society of Boston, even as they were presenting as one of their spiritual guides an imam who says homosexuals should be killed.

And this makes sense . . . how?

The mayor’s office did not respond to my repeated requests for an explanation of this apparent double standard yesterday. However, the mayor did finally admit that his threats against Chick-fil-A were empty. Other than sending a letter to the restaurant’s potential landlord asking that they be turned away, he has no power to stop them from legally conducting business in Boston.

So why did he say otherwise?

http://www.bostonherald.com/news/opinion/op_ed/view.bg?articleid=1061148809

I think Mayor Menino has bigger problems than Chick-fil-A.

Liberals only listen to one another talk.

The fastest way to make a leftist not talk to you anymore is to voice a conservative opinion.

If the queers want a REAL challenge; how about a kiss-in at a local mosque?

On a related note:

About 20 yrs. ago Cardinal O'Connor was on one of the Sun morning shows reiterating the Catholic Church's view that homosexuality is considered sinful behaviour. He added that homosexuals deserve the same civil rights as anoyone else and even took a rather cheap shot at Pres. Reagan and Bush41 for not "doing enough" for AIDS researdch. For this statement he received death threats, Easter Sunday services at St. Pat were disrupted by condom- and feces-throwing gay radicals who also had the gay pride march re-routed so they could do what queers do best in front of the Cathedral. In the same time frame this was going on Calypso Louie spoke at the Chicago Civic Center in front of 20K people, including Jesse Jackson, Sharpton, Coretta King, Hosea Williams and anyone who is/was someone in the civil rights movement. He had them on their feet cheering wildly when he stated that homosexuality is a bigger threat to the Black community than drugs or racism. His second-in -command, Khaleed Mohammad, while speaking in fromt of 5K people at Queens College, got a standing O whne he stated "any Black man who wears a dress does not deserve to exist on the face of the earth". No outrage over these incidents. Nah, no double standard here, just a, ahem, Pigment of your imagination.

I was in one near Montgomery, AL on I-85 today at about 4:00 PM local time. It was quite busy for such an off time of day. You could find a table, but it wasn’t like you had a big choice of where to sit, parking lot was pretty full, lots of cars in the drive-thru as well.

Gosh, that Todd Palin is an attractive man. I almost wish Sarah would become President just so we can spend 4-8 years looking at Todd! (And I’m sure the men will enjoy looking at his wife!)
