Jay Leno profiles Ryca Motors located in southern CA. They provide a kit to create a cafe racer from the venerable Suzuki Savage 650cc single.

I'm partial to British bikes myself but this is just damn sweet to look at. Not high maintenance like my Norton or BSA 441 either.

What a treat to the eyes compared to the typical bloated Harley or big Honda, or the Japanime looking Ninjas, etc.
