LOL xD Whenever Nucks’ fan riot, it’s when we lose. The fact is I’m a Kings fan since Gretzky, but because I work here in L.A, I can’t just give up on the team I grew up with. It’s like a bud of mine who grew up in Boston but works in Manhattan, he’s still a Sox fan but supports the local team too.
I was at Staples at game 7, 2 years ago between LA and Vancouver. Boy, did everyone hate me going back to the subway (snicker). If it wasn’t Vancouver. I would be for the Kings hands down.

I know and met a couple of canadians working here in L.A. The best explanation was when the Ducks and Sens were in the Cup years ago and I drove down to the OC.
Went to a In N Out burger and chat up a guy from Calgary works for a company close by. I asked him ‘I thought canadians would rally behind the Sens?”
His response was “no sane western Canadian would ever root for anyone in Ontario.”
Well I guess now I have to once again have the Red Wings carry my banner in the playoffs.
And Nieuwendyk didn't go after Ken Hitchcock in the offseason because.....?

We have Canada Night at staples when the Nucks’ visit during the regular season. It’s a good deal; it also includes tickets to Tragically Hip at the ESPN plaza which is part of Staples Center. Last time I got drunk with some friends and almost had a fight with a guy wearing a Doug Gilmour jersey. Effing Leafs..
Yeah, it’s unreal. No Edmonton, no Calgary, no Toronto and no Montreal. Just Vancouver and Ottawa.

Just got back from watching the Hershey Bears lose their last regular season game. They get the WBS Penguins for the first round of the AHL playoffs.
I think the baby Pens are going to make short work of the Bears.
