If you dont read the newspaper you are uninformed, if you do read the newspaper you are misinformed. Mark Twain
The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave. ― Patrick Henry
No, but it will make you not care about it. And that is the important thing.
Thanks. I’m glad to see you still kicking around. Prayers are most important.
Prayers the situation will get better. Yes, I think 2012 will be better.
Yes, but you need to funnel the martini through the hole in the olive to the affected ear.
An endocrinologist? What is that specialty?
I don’t have the records from Papua. It was at Rumah Sakit Dian Harapan (Hospital Hope Lamp - it is a catholic hospital).
I have told the docs about the stopping of breath. Generally, I start there. The earlier US docs, well, also the Papuan docs, did check the diaphram. They said it was good.
For an earache?

For anything. It’s good all the time.
An endocrinologist studies the glands and/or organs which produce certain important internal secretions to keep the body running properly. There’s something goofy going on inside of you that needs attention..see one. If the hospital in papau is computer connected they can forward copies of your visits.
Good to see you too, S/Sgt. Missed you.
Have one every evening at 1700 with the Queen Mum, I know she’s “still” having her’s.
Still living on the golf course? How is roomy?
/johnny
Computers? I’m lucky if they’ve moved beyond papyrus!
Have you ever been checked for a fungus or yeast growth in lungs. Your body may keep it in check but it might grow during certain times or when you eat specific foods.
That’s a good thought. I’ll watch for it.
That’s a good thought. I’ll watch for it.
It seems like the only treatment for a recurring Mother-In-Law!
Well, I know that. But the doctors have no idea what is going on. I figured that the most sophisticated engine ever put together is the human body, so engineers might have a better clue.
Love ya’!
Oh, I’m sorry I missed the promotion T/Sgt. Congratulations. I’ll not forget.
Yes, we’re still living by the 3rd green. If I wanted to move from here I’d need a case of dynamite and a crow bar to get Roomey out. It’s a fun house and my play house. Roomey is doing just great. He walks his 30 minutes each day and works out.
We’re enlarging the garden in the pasture and getting the raised gardens ready for planting. How is your garden coming along?
Well, you can always try a shut down and reboot, but I don’t think you would like going through puberty again! ;-)
Good Morning! Sorry to hear of your nagging ailment, Jem. I have no advice that is better than what is already here.
Could be a reaction to stressful situations. Wellbrutin or something similar might work. Wellbrutin isn’t just for depression, it is also used when a patient has stress.
Now, if I end up correct, I want to say that I am not a doctor, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night!
Good idea, relaxation does help a bit.
b4, I’ll be thinking about that and try to figure how to test for it.
Hope you figure it out... I am sure it is frustrating..
Thanks.
Are you doing the indoor game ref gig, now?
I know you’ll enjoy yourself. I can’t watch a game w/o thinking of you.
Not sure what's going on Jemmy but keep plugging away.
Good Morning Everyone. It’s nice and cool in central Texas.
I’m going out and turn some soil in a couple of the raised gardens and get rid of some weeds. Need to do some straightening up in the garden shed. The mice have visited it and tried to set up shop. hmmm

My dad and my granddaughter
Beautiful, Jem...absolutely beautiful photos of your family. Thanks.
Thank you so much.
Beautiful, Jem.
What a true piece of America! Congratulations.
My wife has similar symptoms.....her GI doc sent her to the Cardiologist and he pronounced her fit. Then she went to an allergist and he thinks she has this inflamation (not asthma or allergy)
She’s there right now matter of fact
Let me know what is found, if anything. That way I can give the doc a clue where to look.
I’ve heard of exercise-induced asthma. It only shows up during exercise. I’m wondering if this is a cold or stress induced asthma. I’ve tried googling it but haven’t found anything.
Happy Birthday, Jemian.
Thank you, ma’am. I hope yours was extra special. What did you do?
I’m very curious as to what the allergist said.
I’m thinking this, while related to the temperature in some way, is highly stress-related. It was getting better until yesterday evening when a stressful situation developed. I’m back to having a lot of problems.
amend that: My fingernails indicate I’m getting enough oxygen.
Nothing. Just what I wanted to do. Nothing. :-)

GEAUX TIGERS!
I am posting to you on the 1/9 site - that is the last one I can see. I just don’t understand why I can’t view FR as I used to be able to do....very frustrating!
You are on the correct thread. I will be doing a new monthly thread only. We no longer have a weekly or weekend thread.
You’re on the right thread.
Hi. Snowy day here. Schools are closed.
It snowed in north AL yesterday so I’m thinking schools up there are closed. But no snow here. Just plain cold. Overnight our thermostat stopped working. Then, after hubby called the repairman, it began again.
Figures!
