I can’t read what is posted above the current Dir down at the bottom right but on 0dumbo’s it says it is an abstract.
On the older bC’s , of the Nordyke twins it says it is true and accurate

So can you read it on the one you posted aboe?

Look at the stamp in my previous post. The stamp says “TRUE COPY OR ABSTRACT”. If the state issues a Certification, like the COLB we saw 2 years ago, that is an abstract. If the state issues a Certificate, like the COLB from Wednesday, that is a true copy.
