Well, the local registrar really was a person named 'Lee', and his signature can be seen on other BC's of the era.
And yes, the recent BC you are referring to uses the same signature stamp, referring to the Certificate as a "true copy or abstract".

Look at the stamp in my previous post. The stamp says “TRUE COPY OR ABSTRACT”. If the state issues a Certification, like the COLB we saw 2 years ago, that is an abstract. If the state issues a Certificate, like the COLB from Wednesday, that is a true copy.
When they say “IT IS LAYERED” there are pictures of Trump et al on the document to make it look layered. As well as they point out all the strange things.

Ya know, it would make perfect sense to me, and probably you as well, to just have put out the long form to begin with. But the short form Certification is the typical document used as proof of birth for things such as a passport. I don’t know why he did not just get the long form way back when the short form was questioned, but as we can see the long form hasn’t change anything.
The heart of the matter for NBC concerns, the citizenship of his father, was well known long before either COLB was released and nothing changed with that on the new COLB either.
How did someone know that when they wrote 8991 on Obamas birth certificate,that in August, 1980, an asteroid would be renamed “8991 SOLIDARITY”, in honor of the victims killed in the twin towers on 911? The “X” all blotched by the doctors name was because while the creator of the document was looking up a deceased doctor that could have delivered Barry he dropped his cigarette and was getting texts saying HURRY UP the President is waiting he sent a plane for this so you have to release it now the plane is back and blotched the document.

Certainly possible, but can we be certain that an international adoption would have made its way to the records office in Hawaii in 1965? If the adoption occurred in the US, sure, no doubt. I don't have the same confidence in an international adoption.
