Should the health care law be suspended until the Supreme Court weighs in on it?
No -- The law is the law until the nation's highest court says it's not valid.
Maybe -- It looks like even seasoned judges aren't sure how valid the health care law is.
Yes -- Two judges rule against it, the House votes to repeal it, states try to get around it and Americans vote out many of the Democrats who backed it. Enough said.

The recent ruling stipulated that the law was to be stayed until the appeals are settled.
Yes = 93%
Suppose the Appeals Court sides with Judge Vinson’s ruling. It’s unlikely then that the Supreme Court would hear the case, since there wouldn’t be any discrepancy to resolve. Right?
I’ll take the door marked “YES” for a $grand Alex....with a 93% probability of getting it right.
I wish I'd known - we could've just blown off Judge Pfaelzer's 94 ruling and proceeded with enacting prop 187 until the SCOTUS slam dunked it.
But firearm ownership and self defense are NOT a right.
Go figure.
Since Obama’s Health Control measure has been ruled as being UNCONSTITUTIONAL, it seems to me that the regime going ahead with implementing any of it, would be in contempt of court. If that’s the case, let the regime proceed. I’m sure that there are consequences in doing so.

FReeped and Bumped
It has been suspended. The Judge ruled it unconstitutional and stated in his opinion that his ruling would be the injunction.

Will obozo pay attention to the ruling?
remember, rules don’t apply to liberals.
Nope, not goin' there.
Until the decision is stayed by the court issuing it, the law is not in force. Therefore, it must not be enforced unless and until the stay is issued. There has been no stay of the decision pending appeal.
So far, the highest courts to rule on it have declared it unconstitutional. That is reason enough to stop spending money on it.
Obama is above the law. Maybe we should get 200,000 people and go to Washington and demand he resign. According to the Liberals that would be enough and he should. I saw it on MSNBC NBC and CNN. It should be a smooth transition with no violence. Of course we will burn down the DNC but they deserve it.
