Did Far-Left Dem Congressman Alan Grayson Scam The City Of Orlando? (FR exclusive)
Citizens of Central Florida are accustomed to being scammed by far-left Congressman Alan Grayson. Grayson recently spent $73,000 of federal taxpayers’ money on a re-election DVD. The DVD was supposedly an “informational” recording, but everyone who held their nose and watched it saw that it was clearly a “re-elect me” piece from Florida’s most infamous Congressman….. paid for by us.
Grayson is well known and reviled throughout the country for announcing on the House floor that Republicans wanted old people to die to reduce health care costs. He called a conservative female lobbyist a “K Street Whore” on national TV. He stacked his only Obamacare Town Hall with ACORN members, while WWII vets in wheelchairs were refused admission, although they had waited for hours in the Florida August sun to see Grayson. Grayson is the one who announced on national TV that “ Dick Cheney has blood dripping from his teeth” and “Rush Limbaugh was more lucid when he was a drug addict.”
Now, questions are being asked about Grayson’s latest video, and how he seems to have scammed the City of Orlando. In the widely broadcast TV commercial, shot in a huge football stadium, he tells everyone how great he is, then kicks a football through the uprights.
The problem with the commercial is that it was shot in the City of Orlando-owned Citrus Bowl. The huge stadium just spent a million dollars for Astroturf. It needs money, so it rents out for tens of thousands of dollars per day. The problem is, Grayson seems to have obtained use of the stadium rent free! It seems to be another case of multi-millionaire Grayson scamming the taxpayers for his own political good and personal greed.
Serious questions are being asked and some are even thinking about bringing Grand Theft charges against Grayson. That will probably never happen, but it is expected that the Orlando media will be all over the story in a few days.

FR is the first time anyone has run with this story, so we shall see.
This is actually a pretty old story that concluded he wasn’t better or worse than any other Congressman who used Franking priveleges to promote themselves, just more tech savvy. That doesn’t make him any less of a dirtbag or a nutcase but he didn’t rip off the taxpayers any more than your local congressman does, he just brought it up to 21st century speed by using a DVD instead of a newsletter. DVDs in bulk are so cheap it probably costs less than a newsletter does to print.
I hope that Dan Webster makes use of this.
The DVD story is old, but this Stadium story hasn’t even hit the local news yet.
Any district that elects this (difficult to find a low enough description of him) deserves whatever the hell they get!
If I saw him in public, I’d probably punch him in the face, and be happily hauled off to jail.
Hastings is a Dem Congressman who was an impeached and removed federal judge before he was elected to Congress.
Grayson is different. He is just scum.

The last poll I saw showed Grayson trailing the Republican challenger to his seat, good thing to see crazy-boy tied up in these scandals, he has great potential to be embarrassed in November.
They should pursue crazy-boy’s misuse of taxpayer funds even after he gets thrown out, he needs to be made an example.
That's true. Maybe they can make something out of it but it will probably just be easier for the voters to kick him out of office.
