Sometime between October 31, 2008, and July 27, 2009, the dates of Health Director Chiyome Fukino's two press releases, Hawaii amended Obama's birth record. A brand-new Certificate of Live Birth (not Certification of Live Birth) was issued to him.
The DOH Director decides what goes in or gets taken out of birth records. She went on record as saying that "President Obama posted a copy of his certificate on his campaign website" even though she has refused to authenticate it for the past two years. This created a conundrum that could only be resolved by changing Obama's birth records to match what is in that online copy - which is a stone-cold forgery, and Fukino knows it!
That forged COLB also has its origin within the DOH: watch the video to find out the shocking truth as to whose COLB was used for the forgery.
You'll also realize that you've been staring at a forgery this whole time and not realizing that the most obvious sign of it was right there under your noses.
Not only did Obama get a new birth certificate, the certificate itself was designed with him in mind as Rev. 10/08 - coincidentally, the date of Fukino's first press release (10/31/08). Hawaii ditched the old Certification of Live Birth and switched to a hybrid form called a “Certificate of Live Birth” - formerly the name of the long-form birth certificate.

This new image is something Polarik created as a “demonstration.” That fact was not immediately clear upon reading the article. He’s made a couple of corrections to the image since the beginning of the thread.
Polarik, you have the birthers believing that this image is real. You need to be upfront with them. Otherwise, this looks like a hoax on your part.
The form change was authorized in October 2008, but Hawaii did not start using it until 2009.
As for your second question, I’m still waiting for word that Obama authorized the release of his first COLB. ;-)
Think about what we know that does exist, and what we know that does not.
It has been "corrected" since then to reflect the proper "Island of Birth".
In NOv.if we get a new Congress maybe we can get an audit of the fed, its long overdue.

So, why not unambiguously identify it as a demonstration at the outset rather than try to pass it off as a genuine document?

No, it’s my point, exactly. It is on what they believe that I’ve been harping for two years - I kept telling them, “Don’t believe everything you see.”
But, Birthers kept looking at images of Kenyan birth certificates and thinking they must be real, without ever questioning their provenance. As long as they continue do that, they will be easily fooled.
This was also a way to introduce them to the new form without redacting someone’s personal information.

We all know these certificates are just database readouts that have been signed and sealed by a Health Department official. We have to take Hawaii at its word that Obama's long form really exists and does not contradict the assertion that he was born in Hawaii.
This IS a constitutional crisis. Imagine how many people it has taken to cover this up.
Criminal conspiracy, fraud, wire fraud, forgery, perjury and the like by scores of accomplices.
If indeed Barry is a Kenyan born citizen, all laws, decrees, executive orders would become null and void.
This is big stuff, it is no wonder these fakes are working and spending overtime to cover this up......if proven true, lots of folks will eventually be thrown behind bars.

Obama said he was going to see Grandma. Some felt he was securing his BC. Maybe he was just setting up his amendment. There was also the Andy Martin court case asking Hawaii to release Obama’s BC.
If I see this correctly, the new one was for backup if Obama had problems? Since Corrupt filth Pelosi made it so easy, no problemos!
However it happened, Obama used a forgery and that is a felony.

Senator Barack Obama arriving Thursday evening on a flight to Honolulu, where his maternal grandmother is gravely ill.
Self-identified race and ethnicity did not exist in 1961 - only within the last decade. It would have been coded as Negro on the original birth certificate, no matter what he wrote.
Judging from past experience with the “regime” everything they do is the “Chicago way” based on fear and buying stuff with our money.
You make excellent points. However, State-run media sets the tone. For example: Obama calls them “corpseman” — State-run media? No big deal.
Bush refered to nuclear as “nucular” and I heard about that on every State-run media outlet for days.
See what I mean - - state run media sets the template.
