Kelly - I may have written you before on one of your recent posts, but I can’t remember which one. Anyway, we REALLY appreciate all the efforts you’ve made regarding this court hearing. If you attend and update FR, that would be a GREAT service to your fellow Constitution believers ! Thx and good luck attending ! If this judge dismisses this for lack of standing, you have my permission to throw shoes at him !

But this judge is a former Marine, and as I just said to my brother, regarding a friend of my nephew who called my nephew from Afghanistan, Marines, while they have as many differences one to the other as any other group, all have a certain "attitude". That attitude gets particularly "stiff" when "duty" is involved.

Any word? . . . . . I wonder, would we expect a ruling at the hearing, or would he more likely just thank everybody and retire to his chambers for a day or two?
