I do not put anything past Obama. He has some of the brightest communist minds behind his campaign and the rest of his supporters have imbibed in the organic juice with the union label.
What is to stop Nancy P from bringing congress back for an emergency session to vote on the stimulus package and making part of the bill an ammendment to Immigration Act making the last changes retroactive? Could this happen?
Wouldn't this make both issues of being natural born mute? I keep thinking that even the Dems aren't so arrogant to support a man that at the very least is a naturalized citizen and at the very most an illegal alien.
What are the laws on the books regarding Fraudulantly registering the birth of a child?
Since the perpetrator is dead - couldn't a judge rule that it wasn't the fault of the child that the mother fraudulantly registered his birth and lied about where he was born.
How do people whose children were born at home prove that they were born in the US?
Wouldn't this kind of come under the same thing as say, Marriages performed by a Judge who is found to have faked his qualifications and is removed from the bench. It doesn't negate the marriages that he performed does it?
Under the constitution when an expat reclaims his citizenship aren't they reclaiming the orginal citizenship? By taking the oath don't they revert back to their original citizenship?
What happens to children that are born in the US to a natural born mother and a Saudi and the father takes the children and goes back home. If she gets her children back have they lost their citizenship? Do they now become naturalized citizens?
Can the speaker call congress back or does it have to be the President, by law?
The parents of a child born at home simply have the birth recorded at the health dept. or its equivalent as my parents did when I was born at home. But my birth certificate shows me born where my birth was registered not where I was actually born.

I am very impressed with Philip J. Berg. He’s no flake, not by a long shot.
I believe watching this video will cheer you and give you greater hope than anything we have seen so far. This is not a rumor of a RICO indictment; this a lawsuit in the courts right now that is just waiting for the judge to make a decision.

If Berg is wrong, what is Obama really hiding, and who signed off on his qualifications to run for president? Somebody in this country must have — but who, and what are *they* hiding by remaining silent?
Berg is going to take this to the Supreme Court if necessary, particularly, I think, if this court looks like it’s going to delay rulings until after the election. I don’t know if there are any statutory time requirements for the pending rulings, but Berg is not going to lie down and give up at any point.

It’s hard to say what actions they will take, but we do know their goal. They want a Socialism/Marxism as the principles to Govern the people.
They might call and emergency session and claim a “Mandate” for Change. Which just like in 06 is a complete lie. Obama our his advisors and other people aren’t stupid just dangerously ignorant. They probably won’t telgraph there intention clearly right off, they will use existing Gov’t agencies and Laws.
They will likely pervert the powers of the Patriot Act and other tools to fight foreign terrorists. Also wire tapping laws may be abused. I think Obama’s followers will riot and create disorder and chaos driven by leftist radical types like Ayers.
Using community orgainizations (Acorn), Race groups(La Raza, in addition to his own mindless followers. Obama will be kept in the dark for deniability leaving his radical leftist cronies to lead riots.
Declaring Martial Law Obama will say Domestic Terrorists need to be suppressed and order restored. Obama will use this an excuse to harrass and investigate groups that are aginst Socialism and his administrations power grab. Anyone vocally critizing Obama or his policies and socialist agenda will be subject to investigation.
Using existing powers he will misuse the IRS to investigate or harass enemies. He will misuse Federal Powers to punish anyone speaking up against his Agenda for the Country. He could misuse any number of Agencies and powers to cause people who speak out to be harrased, humilitated, or publicly mocked.
The media of course will be in lockstep with Obama and be a willing accomplice. Christians, Gun Owners, people who speak up against Gov’t tryranny will be painted as crazy, unstable, and ignorant. Most people won’t want to face public ridicule and scorn.
This will silence citizens and groups such as the NRA. No one will want to be one of those crazy NRA folks you see the media portray. The fairness doctrine will also be used to silence conservative talk radio and televison news. I imagine they will find some reason to NEED to regulate the Internet.
Perhaps to protect the children or using an expanded Terrorism law to silence web sites expressing unpopular views. The left has polorized politics for a reason so that traditional views can be called out of the mainstream and radical.
These are just guesses based upon how Obama misuses his positon to silence critics. He is intolerant of any critisism and obviously a person willing to exploit any situation to gain power.
With no media sctutiny or willingness to investigate the most basic information of his life, I expect they will tow the party line. Gov’t will be less transparent and Obama will not allow investigaions of his adminstration.
Using fear and ridicule he will paint the people calling for investigations as witch hunts by racists. Just some thing he could use to abuse gov’t power.
He mostly likely will consolidate his power before making an obvious move to increase his power.

I seriously doubt Mr. Obama will be able to convince the military to turn it’s weapons on ordinary American citizens. If he were to even suggest it, he’s more likely to be a victim of a military coup given his popularity within the military itself.
Nom not the entire military structure. Once guns are made nearly impossible to own from excessive resrictions the citizens will be controlled by threat of violence.
Obama has said many times he wants to create a huge group of activists(read socialist radicals) EQUAL in BUDGET to the MILITARY. This is eerily close to the Nazi’s SS. Before you say whoa thats going too far.
Hitler created a PRIVATE army armed, Staffed, and Armed equal to the German army. However the SS wasn’t in the Command structure of the German Gov’t. The SS pledged it’s loyalty to HITLER himself. Not saying he would but this could be done easily.
His new group of well armed and funded radicals devoted to his cause would pledge their loyalty to Obama. Look at the creepy video of the Obama children chanting a “Oath” praising Obama.
An unramed population would be unable to prevent this group from any abuses. Stoping public debate and organization demonstrations. Intimidation of VOTERS or PUBLIC OFFICIALS.
And threats of civil unrest if Court Cases aren’t decided to fit their world view. No Justice no Peace..anyone?

Does anyone believe the democRAT party has ever won an honest election? I am originally from Illinois so my outlook may be somewhat jaded, but I never hear of Republican voter fraud except from democRATs who are trying to shift blame away from their own activities.
Not only have they shifted blame they have also made citizens jaded about gov’t abuses of power. For eight years they have lied and used crazy dishonest examples of suppossed abuses of power under Bush.
The average citizen doesn’t see that bush is a dictator or tyrant so these calls of abuse don’t ring true. Imagine if you will private citizens or a conservative news source trying to raise the alarm if Obama actually did abuse his power.
The libs have cried wolf too many times people are desensitized to hearing these allegations. The media won’t invesitgate any charges against Obama so no one will know. Obama will be able to defeat our system of checks and balances because of liberals desire for change.
The Judicial Branch won’t question his new laws or mandates his liberal buddies infest many courts. The Legislative Branch will be helping Obama and be willing participants. Democrats have shown their unwillingness to investigate fellow party members who are corrupt.
They are willing to allow fellow party members great latitude to achieve their political goals. Where are the demands for investigaton into the relationship between Congressional Dems and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac?
These were serious crimes involving Gov’t officials getting money from a company they were suppossed to regulate. Liberal willingness to “Win” and gain power at any cost will be our downfall.
Liberals will protect each other and the “Cause” using any means.
