While unlikely that Mossad would downplay the Hamas threat, there is no doubt that the enormous growth in Israeli leftists is the biggest weakness in Israel today.
Between true-believers that are leftists, and debauched trust fund kids that just live for drugs and pleasure.
Tel Aviv was founded to provide a secular industrial city, but seems to have become the center of hedonism in Israel.
Israel of 2023 is not the Israel of 1967, it seems.

Same belief here. Israel needs to just do what they have to do to protect themselves and ignore what our country tells them to do or not to do. They are surrounded by savages that want to kill all of them. Their survival as a people is dependent on their actions based on their own best judgement, not on some political BS from half way around the world.
This sort of event tends to shock the hedonist. They may decide to become conservative for a short while and many although not most may remain conservative. I argued with a liberal some years ago and hadn’t spoken to him in quite a while. Several years in fact. Recently I was astonished to find he had become conservative all on his own.
God knows, there's already an pre-positioned and eager 5th column in the US, by now!
There is always hope that the pleasure seeking children can grow up and become responsible.

I agree with everything you said. What the leftist Jews fail to grasp is that they are still Jews. You can run around claiming that you are an Israeli not a Jew even though your parents or grandparents were Jews. How did that work for Jews in Berlin in the 1930s? Do they think Hamas or Hezbollah care? Do they think they will be ignored with the rise in antisemitism? Maybe some will wake up after this.
