The DOJ today responded to Tucker Carlson’s report last Monday on the Q-Anon Shaman Jacob Chansley being escorted by Capitol Police through the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Chansley committed no violence. He said a prayer in the Senate chamber thanking the police for their service. He asked for permission to enter the US Capitol shortly after he entered the building.
Chansley pleaded guilty to obstruction of an official proceeding – a new charge that is only used on Trump supporters

The Justice Department in a new filing put forward its most direct response yet to footage aired last week by Fox News host Tucker Carlson that sought to downplay the actions of the self-described “QAnon Shaman,” who was convicted and sentenced to prison for storming the Capitol on Jan. 6.
In a response to a filing from a defendant charged with seditious conspiracy alongside other members of the Proud Boys currently on trial — who has sought to have his case dismissed in part over the newly-aired footage — prosecutors argued the roughly four minutes aired by Carlson of Jacob Chansley’s movements “lacks the context” of what Chansley actually did during the roughly hour-long period he was inside the building.
They revealed the video aired by Carlson was captured on internal CCTV cameras “only from approximately 2:56 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.,” after Chansley had already breached a police line with the mob and “faced off with members of the U.S. Capitol Police for more than thirty minutes in front of the Senate Chamber doors while elected officials, including the Vice President of the United States, were fleeing from the chamber.”
Let’s hope FOX News brass allow Tucker Carlson to refute the latest lies by the DOJ and fake news.

I say release enough to vindicate the jailed patriots. But slow drip the rest to make sure the seemingly attention deficit disorder public doesn’t quickly forget the Dims’ communist party tactics against their opposition.

Context = progressive narrative / lies
What they mean is “it has TOO MUCH context”. But they have forgotten how to say things in a straight-forward way.
The last 22 years has been worse than learning there is no Santa Claus.
You spend much of your life being told about freedom, justice, equality under the law, and other things that made productive people want to come to this country. And then you have to unlearn all of that?

What “context” does the “Justice” Dept. hold the Hunter Biden laptop in? Well, its been in the possession of the FBI since December 2019, or three years and four months and what “context” is that in? Its in no context, bc they have done NOTHING with it, never contacted Hunter’s business association Tony B after he briefed them, never did a damned thing unlike the phony Russian collusion garbage, the pressure to censor the story on Twitter, the raids by armed FBI agents on young fathers in front of their children, the attempt to humiliate Trump advisers by “arrests” over nonsensical charges by arresting them and chaining them in public. That is Mr. Garland’s “context”.
The solution is toprovide them more context, and take away their known fake and idiotic objection.

I have no faith in the court system. It is after all the same courts won’t allow even one case of proof of voter fraud due to lack of standing.
Not one member of the Capitol Hill police physically barred the guy. They never laid their hands on him to try to stop him from continuing through the building. The DOJ’s problem is that no law enforcement officer attempted to stop Chansley. They simply walked behind him or at his side as if they were his escort service. At no time is Chansley shown to be belligerent, aggressive, or obstructive. If he was such a threat to everyone in the building as the DOJ has portrayed him, why wasn’t he tackled, cuffed, and removed from the building? The fact is that the DOJ can’t prove that Chansley conducted a violent entry and exhibited disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, the charges they filed against him. No such video of him behaving that way exists, and they know it.
One thing the SVB story did was wipe this story off the news completely.
Even Tucker doesn’t mention it.
We must keep it alive.

Apparently per his first attorney he has no appeal rights per the plea agreement. This was said last Tuesday night by said attorney
