Apparently per his first attorney he has no appeal rights per the plea agreement. This was said last Tuesday night by said attorney

I'll bet that that agreement would be rendered null and void due to prosecutorial misconduct.

Which means he needs to sue his lawyer for malpractice. Doesn’t look like he was properly represented. Of course, it’s most likely his lawyer was working for the feddies.
