He has no idea what he is talking about. It violates every principle and case law of law enforcement and deadly force.
She was unarmed. Without justification he precluded every lesser possible use of force. he was much larger than her, he could have gone hands on and arrested her. Taser? Baton? No verbal warning despite a strong position of advantage.
The Capitol, speakers office etc are not “deadly force authorized zones like nuclear bomb storage, or nuclear armed bombers on the flight line.
Clowns like this guy fall back on emotional arguments that “it’s the CAPITOL! It HAD to be defended at ALL costs”.
If any local police department did this when someone was climbing in the window of the mayors office, the DOJ would launch a patterns and practices lawsuit, and the FBI would open a criminal civil rights investigation.
Also then there are numerous other facts. Three SWAT officers were standing there right behind her as she climbed up. Not a one lifted a finger to stop her. So it was deadly force for the assclown on one side of the door, and three cops on the other side watched and did absolutely nothing?

Rick must be off his meds.....What a foolish statement, if you shoot and kill someone who is unarmed, walking away from you, without fair warning for no justifiable reason, that is murder.
