The Supreme Court found, in Washington v. Glucksberg, 521 U.S. 702 (1997), that the Constitution, and specifically the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment, protects the fundamental right of parents to direct the care, upbringing, and education of their children.
However, the Left never let a silly thing like the U. S. Constitution stand in the way of "progress" and "change."

I know families that home school and officials still call Family Services on them for fake things like; They’re starving, They’re lacking proper medical treatment (aka No Jab), Lacking parental control and on and on. Most of them know “No Warrant, No Access to the home” and 5th Amendments right to confront accuser.
