At least ten US service members have been killed in a terrorist attack at Kabul airport.
But Biden assured us that no one’s being killed:

After the fall of Kabul to the Taliban, Biden said he stood “squarely behind” his decision to pull out, adding that “there was never a good time to withdraw U.S. forces.” He blamed Afghanistan’s president and military for the collapse of the country.
“We will repair our alliances and engage with the world once again.”He’s said a lot of things. Former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair called Biden an “imbecile.”

He made all the decisions but it’s still Trump’s fault. Just yesterday Biden thought the idea of leaving Americans stranded in Afghanistan was funny:

Susan Rice is running Biden. If she had not spent so much time over the last six weeks planning Obama’s birthday bash she might have planned a better withdrawal strategy in Afghanistan. Its almost cruel to have Biden read the teleprompter at these press conferences. This demented, corrupt fool should not be on public display.

As for the dumpster fire in Afghanistan? That’s what happens when we effectively don’t have anyone at the tiller. The ship of state ends up on the rocks. We’re going to be treated to hundred of beheadings live on the internet for years to come. Our relations with our allies are effectively over. We, The People will be lucky if we don’t end up in a nuclear exchange because wars happen when you lose deterrence. We’ve certainly done that.

Probably not affecting- He likely has to be continually reminded to act somber, and that it’s a mess over there, because he keeps forgetting- it’s likely that he can’t remember from one minute to the next what is goign on- dependign on how far advanced he has gotten in the dementia-
