No, but they have the right to ask you if you've been vaccinated before you enter their property. You don't have to answer or get vaccinated, but they have the right to ask you not to enter if you refuse.
If Biden and the Democrats want to endorse voting passports showing proof of citizenship which must be used in all elections, I’ll go along with their COVID-19 passport idea.
Government doesn’t like you? No healthcare for you.

The government will be the end administrator and set the standards. They have also indicated that there will be taxes attached to this monstrosity, including new Covid “Sin taxes” for eating in restaurants, going to sporting events, and even going to the gym among other things.
It’s all meant to keep the anxiety and paranoia(fear mongering) front-and-center. A national/global threat that never-ends, just like the global warming scam created to push control/suspension of civil rights by government that would NEVER be lifted.
