The U.S. Attorney’s office in Harrisburg, capitol of Pennsylvania, announced on Thursday that, working with the FBI on a tip, it had discovered a small batch of mail-in military ballots that had been discarded by election officials in Luzerne County, whose county seat is the town of Wilkes-Barre.
Not surprisingly at all, each and every one of those discarded ballots were cast for Donald Trump. Here is the statement from the DOJ:

Two Former Army Officers Telegraph the Democrat Plan for Post-Election Chaos VDO.AI Since Monday, FBI personnel working together with the Pennsylvania State Police have conducted numerous interviews and recovered and reviewed certain physical evidence. Election officials in Luzerne County have been cooperative. At this point we can confirm that a small number of military ballots were discarded. Investigators have recovered nine ballots at this time. Some of those ballots can be attributed to specific voters and some cannot. All nine ballots were cast for presidential candidate Donald Trump.
Our inquiry remains ongoing and we expect later today to share our up to date findings with officials in Luzerne County. It is the vital duty of government to ensure that every properly cast vote is counted.

Luzerne County had long been a Democrat stronghold, voting twice for Barack Obama before shifting strongly towards Donald Trump in 2016. Lucerne County is Pennsylvania coal country, with tons of union workers and the population there is heavily Catholic, all which had traditionally been Democrat constituencies before Obama came along and began moving the Party to the radical left.
Some might say what’s the big deal – it’s just nine ballots. Note that the statement indicates that it is 9 ballots “at this time,” indicating that the investigation is still ongoing. Also note that we are very early on in the early voting process, with hundreds of thousands more votes to be cast by mail in Pennsylvania.
With the Pennsylvania courts having recently ruled that the Democrats can continue collecting ballots for days after Election Day – a decision the state GOP has appealed to the federal courts – and with millions of ballots having been mailed to people who did not request them, the state’s voting process is almost certain to be rife with fraud and abuse. What the DOJ/FBI discovered in this situation is no doubt the result of Democrat officials conducting a trial run to see what they can get away with as the process plays itself out.
The Democrat Party is mounting a highly-organized effort to steal this election. What we see here is just the tip of a very large iceberg. The good news is that William Barr’s DOJ appears intent on policing the situation.

It’s bad enough discarding any citizen’s vote, but to discard votes of military men and women who are putting their lives on the line for our country is unconscionable. I know it won’t happen, but I’d be for the death penalty here.
I get those message alot! I think the point is to take up your slot that would otherwise could be taken by a fraudulent voter who voter YOU earlier than you voted. So here’s the question—what would you do if you went to vote, and they had you as already voting? How do they resolve this in time for the election count? In court well after the election is over? Would they auto delete the prior vote or are you now stuck in a procedure that nullifies or even votes the wrong ballot? I don’t know.
Well, next time they’ll be sure to put the ballots in the incinerator pronto.

Most likely because the ballots were already received and logged into their system, then subsequently ruled invalid due to bogus "technical defects". Different people are supposed to do each action. Invalid ballots should be retained for audits.
Bogus "technical defects" would show up in an audit. Batch counts would be wrong if the ballots were shredded, also leading to further investigations.
Unopened ballots thrown in the trash before reception logging would be hard to audit, but it would be hard for the clerks to know if they were throwing away the "right" ballots.
Opened ballots could easily be discarded by the clerks if the votes are "wrong". That would be pretty obvious if there were any observers present.
It would necessarily be the clerks in the election office doing this - with the cooperation of their supervisor. That is why both parties are supposed to have poll watchers in the clerks offices.

Trump never urged anyone to ‘vote twice’. But democrat liars just gotta’ lie. It’s what they do because it’s all they know.
I think it came as a shock that Trump won this district in 2016.
It would seem local officials are making sure it doesn’t happen again.
I know the sign count is anecdotal but I’m amazed at how many more Trump signs there are than Biden in this heavy D area.

I wish they could tell us WHY these ballots had been discarded? Was their some flaw in the outer envelope? Like was it not signed with the signature on file (I believe PA has now been told not to reject those)? Did the ballots not have postmark, I think the court ruled they had to accept them if they had no postmark. Why were they “discarded”, “officially’? Were they simply thown out, and are they in fact valid?
How many ballots will get tossed AND replaced.
It's my understanding that the envelope contains enough information to tell whether a Republican or Democrat is submitting the "secret" ballot.

This is interesting. There shouldn’t be a way of connecting a ballot with its voter unless the original envelope held both voter information and a sealed ballot envelope inside and the two envelopes were opened together.
The absentee mail-in ballot process requires these steps:
1. Open the outer envelope.
2. Take out the voter registration information sheet.
3. Take out the sealed inner envelope that holds the vote ballot.
4. Without opening it, set aside the inner sealed envelope containing the vote ballot.
5. Check the voter registration information sheet for accuracy and signature.
If the voter’s registration information checks out, then the sealed ballot is moved to a count pile to be counted away from the tables that are verifying voter registration information.
My guess is investigators found some envelopes containing both the voter information sheet and the its inner vote ballot, and some materials with just the inner vote ballots.
This implies the frauds that discarded these ballots were able to see how voters voted. This is dangerous as our election is designed for us to have a secret vote.
