The Socialist Left government of the state of Victoria in Australia routinely trashes basic democratic rights. Today 160 people demonstrating for freedom were fined $1652 dollars each
5 million healthy innocent people are imprisoned in their own homes as part of the worst lockdown in the world.
Businesses are going to the wall.
But if a socialist government can destroy the private business sector, then the socialists believe they have done something good.
The Cornavirus death toll figures frequently quoted do not differentiate between those whose death is caused by Coronavirus alone and those whose death is also the result of other comorbidities.
In Victoria a conservative former premier, Jeff Kennett, has called this aspect of the figures into question but the current premier has refused to discuss the distinction.
You can’t rule by fear if you discuss the facts.
So socialists refuse to even talk.
My blood pressure was going up as I read the title, then went to normal on the last word.
It’s not the US. They must really envy us with our constitution. :)
And our 2nd amendment.
For how long?
Once a prog gets elected anywhere, by whatever means, the tyranny begins.
I don’t see the mass pushback and more importantly, I don’t see a concerted national response. Everything appears to be ad hoc, only.
I have always loved your first ammendment.
Now that I know what a police state is like, i understand why you need the 2nd ammendment.
